Location: Hamel, MN (Hennepin County). Full-time, in-person
Salary: $85,000 to $120,000 per year, DOE, plus performance-based commission

What You'll Be Doing
As Service Manager at Norske Electric, you will lead, coach, and support a team of service technicians. You'll manage daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up. You'll partner with ownership on process improvement and performance goals, coordinate materials, parts, and service documentation, and track service metrics to drive operational performance. Customer communication and satisfaction are central to the role.
