My Electrician Mason was excellent. Prompt, experienced, respectful and worked diligently to complete my job. He was also very informative about the work he was doing and made some good suggestions when hanging some light fixtures. Would definitely hire Norske again and welcome Mason in my home again for future work.
I had a lot of electrical needs—Mason was very capable , courteous, and thorough in his work and in explaining everything to me. He discovered a couple of of potentially serious problems that nobody had before including an issue with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors that should have been discovered when we bought the house. We had overhead recessed lighting in the living room, but it was dying. What had been put in 26 years ago couldn’t hold a candle to the improvement he made.
I had an easy fix and a pretty easy fix and Logan provided a fix in both cases. He's polite, genial and does what is needed from explanation to clean up.
Zach did a great job on day 1 of our project. Friendly, communicative and professional. Devon came on day 2 and finished up the job. He was great! He explained everything to us about he was doing and what was done to our request. He also explained in great detail regarding our electrical panel and that got his company a new contract for updating such electrical panel. Great first impression for this company that we hadn't used before.
Mason stopped by to scope out a level 2 EV charger on a detached garage. He was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with all of my questions.
Sam was the technician assigned to our service call. After diagnosing the problem he took the time to walk me through what work would be performed. Everything went as planned and I couldn't be happier.
Devon went above and beyond to complete my project. Turns out I purchased a defective light fixture which he was able to troubleshoot by staying after hours to complete. Devon is a very personalble and persistent thorough person. He also did a complete house safety check for free on my 50 yr old townhome . I will definitely do the recommend tasks in the future and be sure to request Devon !

Devon came to repair a wire issue on my garbage disposal today. Did a complete electrical safety inspection of my home and made some recommendations that help me understand more about my home's electrical needs. He was very patient and kind, and definitely knew his stuff! I appreciate Norske Electric and subscribe to their service plan making access to a licensed electrician an easy task. The office is always pleasant to work with, and the electricians top notch. I can't say enough how much I recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my electrical projects!
